Our discussion indicates the divide of our country. You believe whoever wants to come to our country should be able to come. Open borders. You do not want our govt to follow the laws it created. The President needs to follow the law until Congress changes it.

I do NOT think just anyone should be able to come into this country. And I do NOT support open borders. Such a preposterous statement is just propaganda, used to invalidate those who reject the cruel policy that was perpetrated here. And that policy was NOT demanded by the law.

Then why aren't you mad with both parties in congress that refused to discuss the laws and forced POTUS to use an exec order to workaround an extremely urgent problem? Since this hysteria is coming mostly from Dems, where were they when some Reps were at least trying to discuss?

I watched an interview with Obama Sec Homeland Security. He said they had the same issues in 2014. The Flores v Reno decision required them to separate children from families. The Congress is the problem, not the President.
