Really, Danny? What do you call stealing someone’s children, if not kidnapping? The fact that in one picture that was not the case, doesn’t mean this isn’t happening. And I know you know that.

If you read Flores v Reno you will see the 9th circuit federal court said children should be seperated and only detained for 20 days rather than remaining with parents during their immigration process which could be months. A rebuke of 44’s policy. No kidnapping.
