If my child had been taken from me & I had not known where she was, my hysteria would have been without limits. I stand with any mother now going through such a heinous violation of her human rights. And the woman's "crime?"She travelled with her child in search of a better life

Very true most fierce full trauma for both mother and child..Compassion and not doing cruelty to any living body is above every every thing.

• She illegally entered the country. ILLEGALLY! It’s not an option. • And you are correct; you are dramatic; overly so! • Perhaps if she hadn’t broken the law; or if she’d had waited 90 days to legally cross? I would hope you were better aware of travel risks before traveling?

This is self imposed. Don’t cross the border illegally. Seeking asylum do it at the port of entry.

When one enters the country ILLEGALLY they give up ALL their rights. Those here ILLEGALLY should never have ANY rights.
