If my child had been taken from me & I had not known where she was, my hysteria would have been without limits. I stand with any mother now going through such a heinous violation of her human rights. And the woman's "crime?"She travelled with her child in search of a better life

Which woman is this? There is A LOT of misinformation and misrepresented pictures out there. Too many lies mixed with the truth. What’s the real agenda? Will it be good for us?

Are you serious? Are you reading? There are over two thousand children in that situation, therefore roughly that many mothers.

I was a very anxious child. I literally would have died if someone separated me from my mother and threw me in a cage alone. #KeepFamiliesTogether

Think about the anxiety already experienced by these children just making the journey up here. This was a state sponsored act of cruelty.

She heard that women had rights in America. She heard that single mothers had a chance. She didn’t want her child to live in fear. She came with hope but she was deceived.

I agree, Marianne. ANY of us would search for a better life by going elsewhere if we could, if we could not get it in our own country.

Which is exactly what our ancestors did! Unless your ancestors were forced to come over in a slave ship, YOUR OWN ancestors were immigrants once.

Because you would enter a country illegally and put your child in danger? Interesting that you can relate!

A”crime” she has not even been convicted of before they take her children. So she’s presumed guilty. Not due process.
