I often disagreed with Charles Krauthammer; his support of the Iraq war was an example of a terribly mistaken perspective. But his intellect was huge, his courage undeniable & his values indisputably sterling. God bless him. He took a stand for his country. May he Rest In Peace.

I agree. I always enjoyed reading what he had to say. Sad day.

We desperately need more of this - disagreeing with respect, listening to another point of view without demonizing.
Can you vote for the Iraq War and have "sterling values?" Dictionary.Com Defines STERLING: thoroughly excellent. And THOROUGH is defined as: complete, perfect. Maybe omit his values and just speak to his intellect since it is an obit of honor

Yes! Thanks for being an example of how people with differing views can be gracious 馃槉

He was a BRILLIANT man! At 1 time a staunch democrat who believed so strongly in the left that he wrote for a left wing newspaper to help persuade others. His reasons for leaving the democrat party should be heard by every liberal! It's not the same party! Progressives=Regressive
