Imagine a woman who made a desperate journey with her child, trying to make it to a place where maybe they could live a better life. Her child is taken away when she gets here; she’s deported is now in some village not knowing where her child is & with no way of ever finding out.

I’m imagining her going through the legal process. She is with her child, has a great job and votes Republican.

Terror beyond her ability to function. All function is from her amygdala with an inability to get to her frontal cortex where rational decisions can me made. Pure terror.
