It’s an interesting conversation for me. I’ve had a lot of experience; the kind that prepares me to do this. Those with traditional political experience represent the system that brought us to where we are. The problem is not that we lack political car mechanics, we have plenty of those. The problem is that we’re on the wrong road. We don’t need another technocrat, we need a visionary. Someone who is divorced from the system that brought us here, and who is experienced in seeing beyond it.

I’m concerned that you think I said that. I do think there’s racism behind some of the policies coming from people like Governor Abbott, but that’s not to say there should be no processes and that everybody should just be let in.

I’m honored to receive the endorsement of one of New Hampshire’s leading environmental activists, John Swan, of SaveForestLake.com. He’s the kind of person being showcased by my campaign and who would be empowered by my administration.

Not back peddling at all. If you read the entirety of what I’ve written and the videos that I have made on this, you would not be slandering someone based on a 5 second clip. I was referring to the fact that Israel had left Gaza in 2005. I have never denied the blockade or the siege or it’s consequences. I did learn that it is best to describe it as a continued occupation, and for that I take responsibility. But I never said to anyone that there was no occupation of Palestinian territory by Israel. Ever. And I have been vocal speaking out against it for many years longer than some of my critics have even known the situation existed.

Bravo, Congressman.
Today, I’m joining @NydiaVelazquez to call for an official end to the outdated Monroe Doctrine. Instead of toppling duly elected governments or sanctions that starve our neighbors in Latin America, we can work together to support democracy, workers, & climate action abroad.

Long Covid is affecting more people than we care to admit, understudied, its treatment underfunded and the condition given too little attention. More focus needed on all those things plus safety in medical settings, better ventilation in all public spaces. nytimes.com/interactive/2023…

That's why this is a remarkable legal issue. It will be interesting to see how SCOTUS rules.

I do recognize evil when I see it, but not all evil can be bombed away. And there are conditions in life that make it easier for evil to thrive. Those conditions have been present in that area for a long time, and it serves no one for us to pretend otherwise.

Not at all. But this war has produced a new generation of Hamas, I'm afraid, even if they destroy one that's controlling things now.

The condescension is so hard for me to take, but I'm trying (by the way, that question is legitimate)

I have. And btw, WW2 was absolutely driven by moral justifications as much as by survival.

No, I'm not even saying that. I'm saying it's a grey area and it should give all of us pause, no matter what we think of Donald Trump.

That's the point. They made a ruling on someone's guilt although that person had not been proven guilty in a court of law.
