A major news outlet named Dean Phillips as Biden's only opponent. When another journalist wrote to say, "Actually, Marianne Williamson is also running," she received this reply: GROW UP.
When another political journalist mentioned my name on an Australian news program, saying that both Dean Phillips and I were Biden's opponents, they actually edited out my name!
And, of course, on CNN and MSNBC you wouldn't have any idea I'm running because to them I do not exist.
It's like the old Soviet Union around here. Yeah, you can vote for whomever you want...but the system will make sure your choices are only among those it wishes you to think of as your options. Anyone else they deem "nonviable" or "unserious."
To them, the only people "qualified" to run are those who are qualified to perpetuate and maintain the system as it is. My qualification is not in how to perpetuate the system; my qualification is in how to disrupt it.

The problem with our handling of the Hamas-Israel war started decades ago. Real friendship with Israel would have meant an American President being far more blunt, direct, and insistent about injustices toward Palestinians. Anyone with an understanding of the need to address root causes would have known that something catastrophic happening was almost inevitable. There was never a military solution. And there is no military solution now.

Respectfully, @POTUS. If you were truly determined to do that, you would stand for universal healthcare. You would have fought for a universal increase in the minimum wage. You would be standing for tuition free college and tech school. You would be talking about the PRO ACT.
Throwing crumbs will not rebuild the middle class.

What’s the point of going on the attack? What purpose does that serve? Don’t people already realize the President is a weak candidate for 2024? Our campaign is an opportunity to course correct America, to begin again, to end an aberrational chapter of our history and begin a new one. It’s a chance for fundamental economic reform, an Economic Bill of Rights, waging peace, declaring a climate emergency, taking better care of our children, and ending the Drug War. Its power lies in inspiration, not attack.
