Whether you have worked for a company a day, a decade, or never at all, you have the right to call out a multi billion dollar company for union busting or refusing to give proper benefits to their workers.

Happy Labor Day today! 71% approval of unions now, highest since the 1960s. Labor’s revival is a bright light on the horizon. @SBWorkersUnited

From Flint Michigan to Denmark South Carolina to Jackson Mississippi, we are letting people go without one of the barest necessities of life - clean water - and pretending that it ain’t so. In all three cases, criminal neglect.

Thank you though. Anytime someone wins a victory like this in one state it gives people in other states more hope.

It’s the weekend to remember this.
“It never goes away; the need to organize, the need to show the power of labor.” For your holiday weekend: our special talk with AFA President @flyingwithsara. talkeasypod.com/sara-nelson/

He doesn’t need to make a “bid for relevance.” He is historically relevant. He’s probably done more than any other person to wake this country up to the dangers of corporate abuse. In a way he started it all.

There is nothing at all in the Constitution about political parties. George Washington warned us against them and John Adams said they were the greatest threat to our democracy. It’s true though that if they had created a parliamentary system more voices would now be heard.

What...? Nobody is minimizing fascism, Mitchell. FDR said we wouldn't have to worry about fascism or Communism as long as democracy delivered on its promises. He was hardly someone who minimized fascism.

The question isn’t whether there are fascist forces at the door (there are). The larger question is why? Fascism would never have gotten the foothold it has now had democracy been delivering in its promises. It has not, and the entire corrupt system is responsible for that.
