FDR said we wouldn't have to worry about fascism or Communism as long as democracy delivered on its promises. He was hardly someone who minimized fascism.
The question isn’t whether there are fascist forces at the door (there are).
The larger question is why?
Fascism would never have gotten the foothold it has now had democracy been delivering in its promises.
It has not, and the entire corrupt system is responsible for that.
