The economic royalists, the purveyors of corporate greed, the titans of selfishness have damaged this country to an inch of our life as a democracy.
What happens now will determine whether or not our democracy survives.

Gushing why? He is the one lone moral voice in the Senate at this point.
All his amendments could’ve been passed and Democrats still would’ve passed the bill.
In my book he is so far from useless.
This is what awaits us all over world if we don’t get it together - and quickly.

Let’s not forget Evelyn; she was one of the greatest women I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Evelyn, Joyce and Mo are together now. Thanks for describing what a class act looks like. Such beautiful people. Gone but not forgotten, and I’m sure still shining wherever they are.

Equally severe problem. Corporate tyranny is no better and in a way no different than government tyranny. When corporate and governmental power are aligned, that’s the classic meaning of fascism.
