Some say their woo-woo radar is triggered by me, but my pseudo-intellectual/sociopath radar is triggered by those who suggest that our current political and economic systems are anything less than suicidal for the species.

Thank you @bariweiss
In 2020, when Marianne Williamson stood on the presidential debate stage and spoke about the “dark psychic force” in America, she became an instant meme. But who can still deny that darkness? Talked to @marwilliamson on this week's @thehonestlypod: podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas…

“Congress has a historic opportunity to end crucial U.S. engagement in the Saudi-UAE-led coalition’s deadly and inhumane war against Yemen, and reclaim their Constitutional jurisdiction over war," Cavan Kharrazian of @demandprogress tells @theintercept. theintercept.com/2022/06/01/…

Yes. But it's got a definite personality and some don't take to it. I love Steiner's philosophy but it's not for every child. I liked it more than she did:)

2/2 It's strange that some people are so upset at the idea their tax money would pay for somebody else to get an education, but seem to have no problem at all how much of their tax dollars go to people who use it to buy their 3rd penthouse and second private jet.

1/2 Forgiving all federal student loan debt is an economic stimulant that would cost half a trillion less than the 2017 tax cut which gave 83 cents of every dollar to the richest corporations and individuals and will never pay for itself.

They breeched the nation's capitol, led to the death of 5 policemen and tried to stop a democratic election. But hey, I get your narrative works for you: looting Wamart is much worse.

YES
BREAKING: A bipartisan group of nearly 50 members of Congress just introduced legislation to invoke constitutional war powers to end unauthorized United States military involvement in Saudi Arabia’s brutal war in Yemen.
