First of all, Sinema says she “doesn’t believe DC is a solution to this.” So Manchin and Sinema remain a problem. Schumer should do it anyway, either carve out a filibuster or just make those people stand up in front of all of us and tell us why they won’t save our children.

Banning assault weapons does not mean repealing the Second Amendment. People are free to drive but there are still traffic laws.
