.@POTUS alone could lower healthcare costs, cancel fed student loan debt, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, raise wages by increased eligibility for overtime pay, reduce police violence thru national policing standards & decriminalize cannabis. Why are Dems so polite about this?

Some companies factor in union-busting penalties as simple cost-of-doing-business. We need the #ProAct
Labor officials found that Starbucks illegally fired 7 Memphis baristas for union organizing. The punishment will be a couple thousand dollars in fines and reinstating employees with back pay. This is why we need the PRO act. There must be harsher penalties on union-busters.

Next time someone says "But how could you vote for a Democrat when there's really no difference between the parties?", point to this. There is definitely not ENOUGH difference, but there is a difference - and SCOTUS picks is a big one.

SCOTUS ruled 5-4 last week to reinstate Trump era policy that strips the Clean Water Act of power to protect freshwater rivers & lakes. CWA protected us from corporations dumping agents known to cause cancer, disease & nerve damage. This is the meaning of a corporatist court.

Environmental degradation, rising authoritarianism & endless war are the stuff of our collective crucifixion. Humanity can’t stop it because humanity is doing it; our own minds are weaponized against us. What is needed now is a collective resurrection.mariannewilliamson.substack.…

You've been "burned?" Really...? Compared to how people are burned by bad public policy perpetrated by those more likely to win because you choose to not participate?

Very sad and very powerful.
Meanwhile, in Missouri, State Representative @IanMack03007724 gives one of the most powerful speeches I have ever heard. Turn on the volume. You want this timeline cleanse.
