.@POTUS could call a national medical emergency and expand Medicare to everyone TONIGHT. He could cancel the college loan debt TONIGHT. He could decriminalize marijuana TONIGHT. He doesn’t need congressional approval to do any of those things.
Here’s the deal: We can lower the cost of prescription drugs, child care, health care, early education, elder care, and so much more. And we can do it without raising taxes on anyone earning less than $400,000 a year.
We’ve just got to pass my Build Back Better Agenda.

It’s due to the work of such people as @SDonziger that such progress is being made, yet even today he lingers in confinement due to Chevron’s diabolical persecution.
Huge News: Ecuador’s top court ruled that Indigenous communities must not only be consulted about extractive projects on or near their territory, but they must also give their consent to such projects.
The ruling will immediately affect oil and mining projects across the country.

URGENT: With no notice or warning, 3 days ago Steven was ordered to leave home and be locked up in a halfway house just after his ankle monitor was removed. His lawyers believe this is retaliatory and are working to return Steven to his family. More soon.
