Why should we have 14 brands of toothpaste but only two brands of political candidates?

Iowa’s Senate race next year is hugely important, with pro-Trump Grassley opposing a genuinely transformational leader. @DrGlennHurst is the bold progressive poised to unseat Chuck Grassley and he needs our help to do it.  bit.ly/2FFYK09

The idea of helping people has been turned into a twisted vision of nanny state - like some enabling, codependent, fuzzy-minded thinking as opposed to what it really is: action that aligns us with our spiritual nature and the ultimate well-being of all. mariannewilliamson.substack.…

If #COP26 were what it should be, oil, gas & coal lobbyists wouldn’t even be allowed to be there. They’re the ones who should be outside.

The majority of our school funding being provided by way of property taxes is a passive form of oppression. Access to the finest education remaining in the hands of a few is the way an unjust system ensures that *power* remains in the hands of a few.mariannewilliamson.substack.…

No mourning yet. I agree that our current choice is between evil & clueless, and I admit they have a stranglehold. But I believe in the possibility of infinite possibility. There's too much higher consciousness in too many people for it not to ultimately burst a hole in the wall.

I would have preferred they guaranteed our voting rights before fixing the roads. Seems more of an emergency.
Breaking: Georgia senate passes gerrymandered state senate map giving GOP 59% of seats in state Biden won with 49.5%. As @PoliticsWolf notes, Trump won half the districts by 15 points or more, making it nearly impossible for Dems to win chamber even when they get more votes
