Einstein said we wouldn’t solve the problems of the world from the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. The evolution of our consciousness from a “me” focus to a “we” focus is the change that will unlock new possibilities for the world.

No actually, it’s the opposite. The more money people make, the more money they can spend. No matter what business you’re in that benefits you.

Bravo.
NEW: In a state dominated by Republicans, Democrat @JamesTalarico got a game-changing law passed to cap out-of-pocket insulin costs at $25. Talarico nearly died from type 1 diabetes three years earlier and couldn’t afford the $684 bill for his insulin.

Well your money in taxes is going somewhere. Your money going to huge corporations does nothing to help you. Your money going to help people get educated grows an economy that you benefit from as well.

No generation before has so thwarted the dreams of its young. People should grow up feeling society is on their side & wants them to succeed. We should be making it easier not harder to get healthcare, easier not harder to get educated, easier not harder to have a shot at success

Of course. Politics is the art of compromise, but with vision you must never compromise.

But how does that really “build back better?” It’s not enough to delay their hardship; END their hardship. #CancelStudentDebt
Thanks to @POTUS, the pause on federal student loan payments is now extended through January 2022!   I’m pleased he took this necessary action, which will deliver vital relief to students & working families across the country as Democrats continue our work to #BuildBackBetter

Yeah that’s what they want you to think… that it’s all too complicated for us “regular” people to understand. That’s exactly the myth we need to bust.

One does not displace the other, and taking care of our common national treasures is something we owe all of our children.

Give me a break, @SenMikeLee. You voted for the $2Trillion 2017 tax cut where $.83 of every dollar went to the very richest corporations and individuals and which you know as well as we do will never pay for itself.

They’re not going to do that, Congresswoman. Too many of our ex-presidents might be indicted.

And we have about 7,000 of them in our arsenal today. The bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were like pinpricks compared to the destructive capacity of the nuclear bombs that exist today. Yet even now, we are in the process of ordering more.

I’m sure the landscape architectural plans are there somewhere. We have to put it back to the way Jackie designed it. Private funds were raised to ruin it and private funds can be raised to put it back the way it was.
