To me dreaming big means dreaming of a planet (this one) where 12,000 people aren’t starving every day, the environment is repaired & war is just a memory.

I agree that space exploration is important. But you realize that we gave funding to these billionaires to help them with these projects. If we took a fraction of what we give to the military & the nuclear industry, we could do everything they’re doing.

Billionaires are competing for who can conquer outer space first. Imagine if they had the consciousness to compete for who could conquer world hunger first.

It is a farce because it is a travesty of justice.
Prominent Law Prof Robert Percival of the U of Maryland tells Reuters my Chevron-fueled prosecution has turned into a "farce". I'm now on Day 709 of house arrest. I have a right to an unbiased judge and neutral prosecutor. I have neither. reuters.com/legal/litigation…

We’re not talking about charity here, we’re talking about justice. We’re talking about using the powers of government to help people thrive; that is the purpose of government.

Huge. 🙏🏻
TODAY working families will start receiving direct monthly payments of up to $300 per child as part of the historic expansion of the Child Tax Credit. It is a huge step towards cutting childhood poverty in half and will bring relief to parents and caregivers across the country.

.@POTUS child tax credits good, anti-monopoly measures good, infrastructure bill good! Credit where credit’s due. But rot seeped so deeply into the system for 40 yrs we still need fundamentals policy shifts like #MedicareForAll, #CancelStudentDebt, #RaiseTheWage, #FreeCollege etc
