$2T on new nuclear weapons. That’s it. That’s the tweet.
Jerry Brown, ⁦@SecDef19⁩ and ⁦@RepGaramendi⁩ make logical, passionate plea to stop the dangerous $264 Billion ICBM. But with that kind of money on the table, the arms lobbyists are swarming over Congress to make sure nothing stops this contract businessinsider.com/nuclear-…

I was thinking what @MarileeDriscoll just wrote. And even with responsibilities, there are social & physical aspects of youth that many people don’t fully appreciate til they’re older & then wish they had enjoyed them more.

You’re not *supposed* to “have your act together” in your mid-twenties. Those are magic years when you’re an adult but not yet burdened by certain responsibilities that come later. Don’t let the propaganda get to you. Spend every possible hour you can just enjoying being young.

They’re in the same delusional state as during the Obama years, not recognizing that chronic underperformance on behalf of the enraged and disadvantaged creates a petri dish out of which the Trumps of the world inevitably emerge.

In other words, they murdered him. I want to hear more from DOJ than that they’re investigating civil rights violations in local police departments. Something a whole lot worse than just that is going on.

Zadok was locked out when a neighbor called 9-1-1 on him. He had a bucket and a knife--used to work on a plumbing issue beneath his house--as he searched for his keys. He told the police it was his house, that he was locked out. They didn't believe him. newyorker.com/news/us-journa…

.@POTUS mentioned today the problem of corporate monopolies in Big Ag, Big Tech & Big Pharma. Some will choose to be cynical - obviously so much more is needed - but no president has talked that way in many, many decades and that of itself is a really big deal.

1. Today’s Executive Order on competition launches an important cross-government effort to re-center antimonopoly policy as a key tool for promoting a fair and thriving economy. whitehouse.gov/briefing-room…
