We're not protecting fossil fuel companies so the poor can have cheap energy. We're doing it to support a multi-billion $ industry that has proven it could care less what happens to the poor, or to the earth itself. Clean energy can and will do much, much more to serve everyone.

Whether it’s #JulianAssange telling the truth about military madness or @SDonziger telling the truth about Chevron and holding them accountable, we owe it to ourselves to support the truth tellers who the system tries to silence. #FreeStevenDonziger #FreeJulianAssange

The better way (among other things) is for more people to vote. A lot of people complaining now were totally distracted from the political process for years before they woke up to what was happening.

The conservative court is a reflection of Bush and Trump appointees. When people say there’s no difference at all between the two parties, this is what we get.

Read the news a little more closely? More complicated than that.

That’s not what I meant at all. I mean put your cynicism to the side and work like hell to make sure the Republicans do not control of the House and Senate after next year’s elections.

Three co-equal branches. Now it’s up to Congress to do something.

With SCOTUS striking down last remaining vestiges of Voting Rights Act, a major pillar of our democracy has fallen away. This means Congress just became that much more important as a counterbalance. As exhausting as it is we need to start preparing ourselves now for the midterms.
