That’s fine. I’m just saying you have no basis for saying how or what I’m trying to spin, given that you didn’t listen to it.

I see it the opposite way. I heard a really fine podcast about an immigrant family in America and what they’ve experienced here. I’m not supposed to post it because people who don’t like Bari Weiss will then not like me? That is so not who I am. This isn’t a popularity contest.

Think how different the world would be if for just one day we would assume the best about each other.

It has nothing whatsoever to do with Israel. It has everything to do with the United States.

This particular podcast is the story of a Palestinian family in the United States, and it could not be more moving or more compassionate. It has nothing to do with Israel and everything to do with America.

I was there that day. Peaceful gathering. And you don’t need to clear a crowd in order to build a fence by hitting them with tear gas.

This is such amazing news! Congratulations to every Keystone activist. For the hours you spent, sacrifices you made, mockery you endured, and the violence perpetrated against you. The earth thanks you. The animals thank you. Humanity thanks you. Bravo! google.com/amp/s/amp.cnn.com…

Last week on the 40th anniversary of the first discovery of the AIDS virus, we laid the cornerstone for a magnificent AIDS monument in LA. My reflections at the event… @TheAIDSMonument

Obscene betrayal of the American working class, repeated over & over again in corporate boardrooms & in the halls of power. The rage people feel at such consistent economic injustice is understandable. We will address it wisely and transform - or this country will destroy itself.
Chipotle is blaming higher prices on raising wages. Also Chipotle: *Was supposed to give CEO $14 million in 2020 but gave him $38M because the pandemic was hard *Paid CEO 2,898x median employee pay *Cut median worker pay from $14,100 to $13,100 last year nytimes.com/2021/06/09/busin…

The problem is, you name anyone standing up for moderate American values as a far left extremist. “Liberty and justice for all” is not far left extremism.

The issue was not just whether chaos, political or otherwise, confronts and challenges us: the issue is our capacity to endure it and transform it. That’s why meditation and the skills of higher consciousness are powerful tools for external as well as internal transformation.
