That’s the point of the bill. On one hand you admit that US aid contributes to the problem, but you call any effort to rein in the aid “just feel good nonsense.” The bill itself is a beginning.

Every phone call, email etc to a congressman about something like this builds energy. The same is true with United States and Saudi Arabia regarding Yemen.
