What kind of “weird spiritualism” is it? That I stand in awe before nature and that I believe in God? Do you think faith means someone doesn’t understand evolution, or physics, or basic biology? So arrogant to think people who believe in God just aren’t as smart as everyone else.

Marc Elias is a really important voice right now. “I am begging America and the media to pay attention...we are facing an avalanche of voter suppression that we have not seen before, at least not since Jim Crow. In state after state.." #EndVoterSuppression #SupportDemocracyDocket

Thanks. He also said "free market capitalism can't survive outside an ethical context." He's been very selectively listened to.

Yes it will help people recover and that is good. But what will they recover TO? We still need to address the structural changes needed to give the average American a fair shot at a decent life. Too many do not have that. Back to you, Senator Schumer.
The American Rescue Plan will be one of the most sweeping federal recovery efforts in modern history.

I don't disagree with you that the bill should have included the $15 minimum wage hike. And recurring #directcashrelief as well. But it goes infinitely further than the Republican bills that gave more money to Wall Street than to Main Street.

His signature on the checks was one tacky self-promoting Trump move that Biden should probably imitate. Some Americans need to be reminded that government can have a positive effect on their lives.

I was responding to the comment about the rigged system, not the age issue.

He’s right.
What we did is write and pass a bill to address the crises facing the American people, not the wealthy and large corporations. The result is the most significant piece of legislation to benefit the working class in many years.

I saw how it works, how rigged it is. But I also saw how easily people were duped, how lazily some people acquiesce to propaganda. The more awake we are, the more voters refuse to be hoodwinked by establishment false narratives, the more of a chance we will have to override them.

I know quite a bit about that, and I can tell you that it will.

I did no such thing, and never asked for nor made a dime off my AIDS work. In fact raised millions and personally donated substantially. The facts remain true despite repetition of such vicious lies. medium.com/@davidkessler_884…

Oh give me a break, Senator. You seem to have no problem with a few aristocratic families being able to hoard America’s wealth, but many of us do. It goes against the entire idea what this country is supposed to stand for.
