“It’s brutal.”
Via @WinonaLaduke "This is how it works: First they cut the forests, then they dig the trenches, blow through a few burial mounds, and some bears dens. And, then the pipe comes, and the drill. It’s brutal. And oil is not good for water." #StopLine3 duluthnewstribune.com/opinio…

In a country where even before the pandemic 40% of Americans could not afford a $400 unexpected expenditure, how do our esteemed elected officials assume people are surviving?

$2000 should be in people’s hands already.

Politics is everyone’s lane.

It’s not just about them. It’s also about energizing people who will want to vote for you again, as opposed to feeling like it doesn’t really do much good anyway. It’s about keeping your promises!

Marjorie is every bit as dangerous as Donald. The way to win this is to create a more compelling alternative. Each day Dems delay giving people $2k/mo, Medicare4All, free tuition & cancellation of college loans is a day they fail to create an option more powerfully attractive.

A leader shouldn't lead with what they think is possible; they should lead with what they think is right. That, in time, is what makes it possible.

The point is to take a stand for what is right and to allow a constituency to develop around it. That's leadership.

Correction: her plan is for 2% over $50M, not $500M.

Warren's #WealthTax plan calls for 2% over $500M, 1% more for over $1 billion. No one at that level of wealth would see any difference whatsoever in their lifestyle, but millions of people would see a fundamental difference in their lives based on what we could do with the money.

Wow.
Here's video of Marjorie Taylor Greene at the White House in late Dec 2020 saying she had a "great planning session for our January 6th objection. We aren't going to let this election be stolen by Joe Biden and the Democrats. President Trump won by a landslide." Expel Greene now.

All jokes aside, from “Jews shall not replace us” shouted in Charlottesville; to QAnon; to Camp Auschwitz & 6MWNE t-shirts worn by rioters on Jan.6; to Marjorie Taylor Greene suggesting Jewish space lasers started forest fires, rising anti-Semitism is no joke at all #JewsSpeakUp
