Saying Bernie has not “done the work” is outrageous, and that includes the emotional work. That he’s not the most bitter person in the world - that he’s out there every single day fighting for us rather than just saying “Fuck you all, I’m done” - shows how much work he’s done.

Please Democrats, be tough. Do not be conciliatory with people who have no intention of being conciliatory towards you.

“The danger we face would not be in going too big or spending too much but in going too small and leaving the needs of the American people behind.” Bernie’s agenda for Democrats going forward... cnn.com/2021/01/19/opinions/…

If anything has been learned over the last four years it’s that electoral politics does matter.

Politics won’t fundamentally change until more different kinds of people start running for office. Humanitarians, teachers, artists, healers, scientists, philosophers, farmers: #GetStartedNow

I hope a whole lot of young people out there are thinking of running for City Council etc. We must never ever ever go back to the days that allowed for all the madness.

This is the time to come on strong with a new vision for America. Beginnings are everything, and no matter who’s in charge the institutional resistance to fundamental change is strong. Consider this your window. Ask unapologetically for what you really want.

If you take a phrase out of context and then anybody can be made to sound wrong about anything.

When you have Democrats in charge of White House, House, and Senate there is no excuse for slowing down. That’s what they did in 2008 and it’s why they lost the House in 2010. Time to go big and bold and fast.

We can’t separate healthcare issues from environmental, food and chemical issues. No point in insisting on #Medicare4All unless we also face industrial dumping of toxins into our bodies, causing more chronic disease. We need real #HealthcareNotJustSicknesscare
