According to a Newsweek poll out this week, 69 Percent of Americans want Medicare4All, including 46 Percent of Republicans. And new polling shows strong bipartisan support for recurring UBI rather than just a one-time payment. THE PEOPLE are on the side of doing the right thing.

Healing this country will be an arduous process & there are essential factors to it that we can't ignore: Shifting from a dirty economy to clean economy, from a war economy to peace economy, & from an economy rigged in favor of the rich to one that shows justice towards the poor.

Absolutely 100 per cent. Trump's bromance with Erdogan will hopefully be replaced by the new administration taking a moral stance on behalf of the Armenian victims.

In my talk with @DylanRatigan tonight he said our politics going forward should be less about Repubs v. Dems and more coalition-building around single issues: first, #DirectCashRelief ($2k/mo), then #MedicareForAll. Both have the support of a majority of Americans. #ClaimThePower

Security? - not. It passes on a bipartisan bicameral basis because both parties are unduly influenced by money from military industrial contractors. THAT's why NDAA is "the will of Congress." It's the untouchable, seemingly undeletable handprint of our largest corporate overlord

The Golden Rule is not just a suggestion, it’s a description of how things work: What we do to others we ARE doing to ourselves, and what we do to the earth we ARE doing to ourselves. It just takes time before it’s obvious.

Environmental break down/poverty/dismantling of democracy/empowerment of forces of greed & injustice/mental health crises are not separate problems but all of one piece. Until mass consciousness of separation is replaced by mass consciousness of unity, we will continue to devolve

Conservative Supreme Court justices gave us the Citizens United decision, and that’s what opened the door to unlimited spending on campaigns. And if the GOP will people listen to the people then why won’t they spend any money on them?

CNN and MSNBC are corporately owned mainstream media no different than is Fox. Two sides of the same coin. Read @mtaibbi book “Hate Inc.”
