That’s why it’s absolutely essential that all criminal behavior that occurred during this ridiculous escapade be prosecuted in full. The only way some of them won’t spend the next 4 years figuring out how to make sure that they succeed next time is if they’re afraid of jail time.

What our government is doing - actually, not doing - is infuriating. It is criminal even though it is not against the law; it is a crime against humanity. What part of “People cannot pay rent and do not have enough food to eat” do they not understand??
Unless we extend the eviction moratorium, millions of Americans will become homeless in the middle of winter. Many of them will die. This is not complicated. This is about saving lives in the middle of a pandemic that worsens every day. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

I don’t think that’s true. I think there are some good people coming into the administration. It’s just that we have to keep our eye on the ball and be very alert to picks that represent things we don’t believe in. And when we see that, we should say so.

We have spent over $4 trillion in bail out money during Covid. The point is who it’s given to. Only 1/5 of the money has gone to individuals, and yet it’s individuals who need the money!

.@FeedingAmerica projects more than 50 million Americans will have faced hunger in 2020, up from around 35 million prior to the coronavirus pandemic. In Texas, children are especially struggling during the pandemic as more than two million kids go hungry. @cbsmireya has more

Yes! Yes! Yes! 1/ People need it. 2/ It’s the right thing to do. 3/ It will stimulate the economy. #DirectCashRelief
A crisis of this magnitude requires a bold solution: $2,000 a month to every American for the remainder of this crisis—and let’s make it retroactive, too.

I don’t see that to be true. Public engagement will have a lot to do with climate activists during this administration.

But explain it to me ... I must be slow. Do they think they could have won the White House without those two groups? Do they not realize their importance for 2022 and 2024?

I don’t hate billionaires; I just think they should be taxed fairly. It’s how we’ve lowered tax rates on the very highest earners over the last 40 yrs that has created our obscene income inequality, made so many billionaires & destroyed our middle class. It’s unjust & unAmerican.
