He can still do a lot. That can’t be the excuse we have for everything. Watch his appointments.

We’ve got everyone covered, Mrs. Haley: #Medicare4all, free tuition at state colleges and universities and technical schools. And why do we call it a “handout” if we give it to the people, but a “subsidy” if we give it to corporations?

Any business that rewarded failure the way the Democrats do would not long survive.

There are screaming emergencies & silent emergencies. Covid is a screaming emergency & deserves the attention it gets. But MSM + lots of establishment pols use it as a cover for not adequately addressing the economic emergencies that carry just as much potential to destroy lives.

The time to have these conversations is right now. Once things are settled in at the beginning it will be very difficult to change the trajectory.

If Biden comes in with any less boldness than FDR, with any fewer plans to ameliorate the suffering of millions than is displayed by someone with 100% capacity to empathize with that suffering and on fire with intention to diminish it, then the Republicans will win big in 2022/24

Over $4Trillion in bailout money and only 1/5 of it went to individuals, millions of whom are living in extreme desperation just trying to survive. This is not just a political or economic fail; it’s morally grotesque. washingtonpost.com/graphics/…

I don't know about "vital." But I don't think it's an accident - nor do I think it's a bad thing - that the conversation has come around again.

Our greatest power to change the world is our power to change our minds about it. We have the technical ability to feed, educate & provide the opportunity to thrive to every person on the planet. What we're still building is a critical mass of people dedicated to making it happen

I think it does. He gave that speech on the battlefield at Gettysburg; 600,000 died in that war. The women’s suffrage movement...The civil rights movement...so many have furthered the cause of social justice. It’s simply our time to do our part. It’s just how I see it.

I’d like to say that’s hyperbole, but actually it’s not.
