What is a politics of love? When people are hungry you feed them. When people are uneducated & sick you educate & heal them. When children are abused you protect them. When the earth is harmed you repair it. When people are denied justice, you don't sleep until justice is done.

This is fantastic news. Please read about the case, spread the word and support the effort. donzigerdefense.com
BREAKING: After overcoming intense resistance from Judge Preska, famed civil rights lawyer Ron Kuby finally announced he will defend me against @Chevron in my contempt case. Kuby quickly moved to recuse Preska for bias and her ties to Chevron. Letter: static1.squarespace.com/stat…

Some people would rather lose than change their game plan.
Wow. This would be an abject disaster. Harrison out-raised Graham by tens of millions of dollars and still lost the election by ten points. A massive fundraising apparatus is meaningless if there’s no ground game strategy... which is why Abrams would be an infinitely better pick.

You’re really suggesting that an analysis that sophisticated was at work there? I think not. And a psychic force by definition is inside people and not outside them

I do see that, but I don’t think not prosecuting will change that dynamic. Quite a few of Nixon’s cronies went to jail, even his Attorney General. Criminals in positions of power should never be given a walk. Let the justice system play itself out.

Ford pardoning Nixon was well-intentioned but a big mistake. Justice done provides reconciliation without which it’s difficult to move on. It will be important once this administration is over that we refuse to “let bygones be bygones.” Not for revenge but for a sense of justice.

Someone should be prosecuted for this. Government sponsored child abuse is still child abuse. forbes.com/sites/danielcassa…

“Dark psychic force of collectivized hatred” isn’t vague. It’s the Holocaust. It’s Rwanda. It’s collective psychosis. What made it easy to dismiss was some people choosing to deride it, making sure no one is allowed to expand a pre-approved & pre-prescribed political conversation

And maybe – actually, not maybe but certainly – if you actually knew what my work was in the 90s you would never describe it that way.

I used it one debate, but “a dark psychic force of collectivized hatred” is exactly what it is. Would using the phrase “collective psychosis” have sounded pseudo-sophisticated enough to get past the gatekeepers do you think?
