In other words, the country doesn't matter to you. Which means it probably never did? Trying to process.

We need to massively front end our resources in the direction of the well-being of children. Right now we spend $760 billion a year on the military, a stark reminder of the misalignment of our priorities and lack of intelligence regarding the true nature of future threats.

Excellent point. Also, how many children are already looking more at their tablets than on facial expressions of other human beings. Especially under the age of three, that’s when social interaction cues become established.

The solution to 95% of society’s problems lies in actualizing the brain power and serving the emotional development of every child before the age of eight.

Large groups of desperate people are a national security risk, whether in a corner of an American city or in another corner of the world. They form a petri dish out of which societal dysfunction and pathology almost inevitably arise. Address the despair and not just its symptoms.

The question to be answered isn’t “What happened to them?”; it’s “What happened to us?” It’s what happened to us that we stopped providing millions of people with the economic and social good they need & crave, leaving them vulnerable to the machinations of such malignant ideas?

Political disagreement is not an “attack.” R’s have more experience in the private sector & in general know if something isn’t working on Wednesday you need to change it by Friday. Democrats keep holding on to losing propositions and it needs to stop or the bleed will continue.

Interesting concepts. Strange and undemocratic, but interesting.

The idea that corporate Democrats are trying to fight off Trump more than progressives are is laughable. They’re the ones who have been allowing him to get away with far too much for the last four years.

We’re going to have to walk and chew gum at the same time. Leadership positions will set the trajectory for 2022 & that is no small thing. Trumpists are already lining up for the midterms elections & how we play things now will make all the difference.

This is why @SpeakerPelosi should step down as Speaker and @SenSchumer should no longer head the DSCC...so the Democratic Party can start standing for things the American people have made clear they want. Losses in House & Senate carry a huge message to Dems & they should heed it
Facts: 1️⃣Our for-profit health care system left 87 million uninsured or underinsured before COVID 2️⃣A new FOX poll found that 72% of voters want single-payer health care 3️⃣House Democrats who support Medicare for All just won re-election Medicare for All is a WINNING issue.
