Look again at that tax cut. We should repeal it since 83 cents of every dollar goes to richest individuals and corporations, but the middle class part of it is good and should be put back in.

Lowered middle class tax rates and that's good. But 83 cents of every dollar of that tax cut went to the very richest individuals and corporations, which will siphon money off from services for working men and women. Gave 'em a dime, stole a dollar.

To you it means nothing but to many of us it means everything. Spirituality is the path of the heart. To say our government is out of spiritual alignment is to say that it isn’t guided by the path of the heart. And it should be. Conscience and ethics belong everywhere.

Tens of millions of Americans were living on the brink of survival even before the pandemic & now they live in Great Depression level need. That their suffering is a political football rather than reason for immediate aid is a sign of the spiritual poverty that has beset America.
