Environmental activist @Bradshaw2020 won an upset victory in the Democratic primary for Senate nominee in Tennessee. Let’s do everything we can to help her beat the machine and win this race. We need her and she needs us. Give now. secure.actblue.com/donate/mw…

500,000 homeless & the number is growing; hunger is overwhelming food banks. Combined net worth of 400 richest Americans is $2.9 trillion. There are 621 billionaires (a record high). You’d think they could .. oh I don’t know ..start a fund or something...since we hardly tax them?

You’re right 😞Although, at least in cases that we know of, the people have been released. I don’t know if people have been that lucky in Minsk and I don’t know if Americans here would be that lucky, either, if he wins a second term.

So tragic. And it could happen here. I’m praying for both those women…

Those things are true. But once again, if Congress passed legislation to give people $2000 a month during the pandemic then no one would be having to take such drastic risks to stay economically afloat.

Government used it as propaganda. I agree that the APA was not doing that; I simply disagree with their decision.

Read about some other countries. Intelligent governments figured it out.

Yes there IS something more cruel than preventing people from going to work during a pandemic: sending them to die! We bailed out major corporations when instead during this time we could be bailing out people. Staying home isn’t punishment when it’s a way to stop deadly disease.

Then why do you slavishly support a president who admitted himself that he “saved MBS’s ass?” You expected “transparency??” Give me a break, Senator; you know who killed Khashoggi.

Some people are so devoted to the idea that he’s some kind of demigod that they’re willing to look away from even cruel & inhuman behavior.

Millions of marginalized children were and are being lost in America every single day and the system has not raised a finger to save them. Using that as their excuse now is absurd.

Don’t kid yourself. The CDC did not act on behalf of science, it acted on behalf of Trump administration talking points. google.com/amp/s/www.msnbc.c…

If we gave people #directcashrelief ($2k/mo.) in a way similar to most advanced countries, our government wouldn’t have needed to sacrifice American lives to “open the economy.” Schools being open is not as important as lives being saved.

Opening schools before it was safe was a cynical, barbaric move. Official propaganda used bogus claims of concern for kids as cover for disregarding the health of either children or their teachers. These deaths were all predictable.

It’s more like Goebbels getting on the radio to say everything was fine while Russian tanks were literally rolling through the streets of Berlin.
