It kills me that people who were so desperate for that $2000 before are even more desperate for it now and we’re just supposed to move past it and talk about Neera Tanden..
Whether it’s a country or an individual, you can’t go forward without cleaning up the past. The economic gap between black and white has never been closed and its roots have been perpetuated. It’s time to interrupt the pattern for the sake of all of our children, black and white.
When John Conyers first put forth the bill HR 40, it was really a big move at the time. But now it seems like a tiny step to me. Democrats should stop with all the incremental moves. Do it already! “Study the effects of slavery and racism?” Are you kidding me??
I agree with her. But we need more than a bill “to study the lasting affects of racism and slavery;” we know what they are. It’s time to get to the negotiating table and start making it happen. #Reparations

Not at all. No intelligent person expects everybody to agree with them on every aspect of that topic. But there are people who can respectfully disagree
During my campaign I was treated horribly, even abusively. I couldn’t block people then. So I came out of it with too much trigger, too little tolerance - not for criticism actually, but for unkind criticism. I just started blocking anybody who was mean! I get it. I’ll be better.
