Ha! These people don’t even pretend ...
Just had a long talk with #RogerStone. He says he doesn’t want a pardon (which implies guilt) but a commutation, and says he thinks #Trump will give it to him. “He knows I was under enormous pressure to turn on him. It would have eased my situation considerably. But I didn’t.”

And I believe her. Mainers GO!!!!
The political establishment tells us to wait, and to “start small.” We’re done waiting. We need single payer health care. We need a Green New Deal. And we need dark money out of our political system. When I’m Senator, I will fight for what The People need. #winwithbetsy

Not to mention the fact that if the Vatican wanted to sell off a few paintings, it could practically pay off the national debt.

That I agree with. A lot of it has to do with the fact that we were founded by the Calvinists.

I think it was designed to do justice and has been perverted by unethical people. I come from a family of left-wing lawyers. I know the law can be a weapon that fights back against injustice.

That’s not true at all, though I have a deep appreciation for the Kennedys.

This is why we need @EdMarkey back in the Senate. Schumer’s trying to get rid of him because he supported the Green New Deal. (They purge progressives whenever possible and we have to stand up to the challenge. This is the time (also @BetsySweetME next week)!
A single $1200 check is not enough to remedy the economic crisis that is impacting so many families. We need to guarantee $2000 per person, per month, throughout and after this pandemic.

Too many Universities and School Systems are about Radical Left Indoctrination, not Education. Therefore, I am telling the Treasury Department to re-examine their Tax-Exempt Status...

There are many ways we could get direct cash relief to people during this pandemic. But basically what’s happening is that millions of people are being left with nothing. For rent, food, for survival…

Have I mentioned recently how immoral a profit-centered health care system is? Want to make sure. latimes.com/science/story/20…

Thi is bordering on cruel.
Economists say extending enhanced unemployment benefits "will provide the most meaningful boost" to the economy long term cnbc.com/2020/07/10/unemploy… But Mnuchin says the next stimulus bill probably won't re-up the extra $600 a week in UI cnbc.com/2020/07/10/the-extr…

I think the point is the inherent racism that has infused the system. But we shouldn’t conflate the system itself with the lack of ethics of on the part of too many people within it. The same system that has destroy so many people’s lives is the system we need to use to fix that.

That’s also where the justice system comes in. It’s going to be a lot easier to forgive them when we know they’ve been held accountable.
