You will never find any statement I’ve made that has anything to do with crystals or that is anti-vax. And I’m a Jew, by the way.

The problem is more systemic than this, Senator, and I assume you know that. We need to investigate more than Minneapolis. There’s a bigger story here and we need to stop pretending to ourselves that there’s not.

I don’t want to see one more Congressperson or Senator tweet about how they want to see justice done for George Floyd without calling for Congressional hearings to get to the fricking bottom of this. We don’t need your pity, gentlepeople, we need your courage.

Of course they’ve always been there. But there was a time when we’d reached a social consensus that they would never be given major levers of power on either Left or Right. Trump has changed that, plus social media has created new platforms.

An avalanche of evictions and an avalanche of hunger. If something doesn’t radically change, we’re headed for Depression level social conditions.nytimes.com/2020/05/27/us/co…

I totally remember when this happened. The FBI was saying that white nationalism was our biggest terrorist threat. And I remember how some Republican politicians suppressed it. I knew then we’d be in real trouble someday.pbs.org/newshour/nation/fbi-…

Given an obvious pattern, seeing this in the context of race is reasonable. And the outrage is not anti-police. The majority of policemen are good people who risk their well-being daily for us. Don’t project the label of “anti-police” into those who are simply “anti-brutality.”

Absolutely not. Police are not trained to use that kind of force on someone who is suspected of forgery! We are humans, not beasts. And if he was trying to get away, as a black man can you blame him?

Women are taught from the time we’re children that if anybody attacks you, just start yelling and don’t stop. That’s how we have to become now about police tactics in this country. We have to make so much noise that it creates a demand for reform that cannot be ignored.
