We know who he is, so much so we don’t really need to keep talking about it. The real question is who are we? Are we a generation of adults committed enough to do everything necessary to defeat him - and his political phenomenon - at the polls in Nov & then restore our democracy?

Yep. We have to fix that.

I see it the opposite way. MSNBC threw out the truth-tellers and paved the way for Trump.

It’s the government that did this. Not every rich person is a greedy bastard any more than every poor person is noble and pure. It’s not about demonizing people, it’s about changing policies.

More Americans need to realize how little we get for our tax dollars compared to citizens of other countries. People have been trained to expect far too little, as govt simply gives away their money so a few people can have more. Health care an example...

I’ve moved to France. A prescription I had in the US cost just over 1/10th the price here without insurance. Of course, I have my government insurance and supplemental so it’s paid for 100%. Americans are being massively ripped off.

Every politician who ever voted to deny food or education to a child, economic opportunity to an adult, good stewardship to the earth or peaceful solutions to foreign affairs is part of a dying breed of corporatized corruption that will not outlive what’s now preparing to be born

It always has in human history. No diabolical power has ever ultimately permanently prevailed.

Depths of depravity are on display in places we’d been led to believe were free of it, invulnerable to it. Evil even. But don’t let it scare you. The goodness, decency & love inside us is going to override all of that. It will take time and it will take effort. But love will win.

Regarding the “she told men not to take their medicine” BS. At that time there WAS no medicine. If someone got the virus, it was almost a certain death sentence. What I did was to say that we would love each other through this. Much like now. And we did. (& I received no profit).

The last thing I’ve been doing is gliding over the tough parts. We have to name what’s wrong - and yet not dwell there. Identify the problems - but identify WITH the problemsolvers.

There could be no greater accolade. Wow. 🙏🏻
I just heard the news about Little Richard and I’m so grieved. He was my shining star and guiding light back when I was only a little boy. His was the original spirit that moved me to do everything I would do.

The greatest revolution is the shift from an economic to a humanitarian bottom line, from a war economy to a peace economy, and a dirty economy to a clean economy. All else depends on those three.

Not following your logic here.

It’s pretty unbelievable how easily people are duped. I’m not a perfect person anymore than anyone else is, but the “crazy wacko nutcase crystal lady” caricature was a deliberate strategy intended to keep me out of the discussion. Amazing how many otherwise smart people bought it

I agree with all those things.
