Americans have been trained over the last few decades to expect so little from govt, propagandized to believe govt actually helping them is a bad thing. It’s a tragic surrender to corporate control & a betrayal of the ideal of govt “of the people, by the people & for the people.”

40% of America’s small businesses could go bankrupt in the next 6 months, while the bailout has gone mainly to big companies. This is a tsunami of pain on the part of the people, and criminal neglect on the part of a government that has failed them.

All of us! Until the last few years, people didn’t go around delineating generations the way we do now. It fragments us in ways that are not always helpful. At a certain point, we’re all old enough to be considered grown-ups. Period.
