Even if it was, my point remains the same. Making a deadly virus in a lab is insanity.

Very kind of you to say, but there’s no way to actually do that.

We need a Department of Children and Youth. Our prison population consisting of some of the most traumatized people in our society is a tragedy now, but it will be exponentially more so in twenty years - unless we interrupt the cycle of violence. Watch: youtube.com/watch?feature=…

Covid-19 doesn’t discriminate - and neither should we. We’re all in this together and we need to act that way.  AllAmericans.us #AllAmericans #AllofUs

His policies would be seen as mainstream in any European country, because they are. Nothing communist about them. It’s a ridiculous assertion.

Primary results matters beyond who wins 1st place. Sen. Sanders explicitly stated that he intended on continuing to collect delegates in order to advance wage, healthcare, climate & other priorities into the platform at the convention. The @DNC should respond to this decision.

I think voters are paralyzed, not apathetic. We’re like people in a house filling up with toxic gas and every time we try to open a window or a door it’s locked. It’s become scary and people don’t know what to do.

When this is over we'll need to to be far more informed citizens...to participate in ways many of us had avoided before. No more just "assuming things are handled." This is good information about why things went wrong, and some things we'll need to change. huffpost.com/entry/america-n…

Problems in rural America have been invisible to urbanites for years, causing political & social strife that didn’t have to be there. COVID is opening our eyes to the pain of those outside our own circles and that will help heal us all. We need to expand our circle of compassion.
"We built the meatpacking system on exploitation and now it's falling apart. People go to work sick, in some cases they are paid to work sick & that exploitation is hurting the entire food system," said Matt Hildreth, director of the Rural Organizing group univision.com/univision-news…

The injustice of our healthcare system, ineptitude of our social services, corruption of our government & heartlessness of our economy. All these things are going to have to change once we get to the other side of this, or what follows then will be pain that’s beyond our control.

There are tens of millions of Americans for whom a $1200 stimulus check can barely begin to cover the accumulating costs of staying alive at such a time as this. Who have kids at home and not enough to eat. Whose despair is beyond what most of us can imagine. Invisible Americans.

“The purpose of the federal government,” Lincoln wrote to Congress on July 4, 1861, was “to elevate the condition of men, to lift artificial burdens from all shoulders, and to give everyone an unfettered start and a fair chance in the race of life.”nytimes.com/2020/04/09/opini…
