Exactly. And that was true (40% at least) even before the pandemic. So the day when the $400 unexpected expenditure was necessary has now come and gone; that’s why we’re in such a crisis & why the govt’s response is so inadequate. The club is bailing out itself first!

Tonight at Bellevue Hospital we held a service for our beloved nurse Ernesto DeLeon who died from #Covid_19 here @BellevueHosp. The outpouring of love and gratitude for this man was both beautiful and heartwrenching.
It was my privilege to play Amazing Grace in his honor 🙏

Love will always prevail because that’s an unalterable truth. What is completely up to human beings, however, is how long that will take and how much suffering has to come first. God set the trajectory; free will sets the timetable. Love is simply a way of getting there directly.
