Oddly, the state parties are even more locked up than the national. You’re very kind but I don’t agree with your analysis.:)

The Declaration of Independence says God gave us “unalienable rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” That governments are instituted to secure those rights, and if government is “destructive of these ends” it is “the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it.”

In every area, including science and medicine, we have the geniuses and best practices we need in this country. The problem is that our system does more to fund and advocate for the problem creators than it does to fund and advocate for the problem solvers. #moneyoutofpolitics

The bailout was more for the few than the many, more a bailout for corporations than for people. The one time $1200 is not enough to keep many people from disaster.

Absolutely it was ours, that we were so unprepared when it happened and have handled it so unjustly. Diminished investment in the kinds of things that protect the common good - such as pandemic preparedness- was a result of a system that exists to serve too few.

Still human irresponsibility. And the fact that we were so ill prepared to handle it, further irresponsibility. That we have handled it so unjustly, further irresponsibility.

The spiritual question isn’t “Where is God in all this?” The question is “We are we in all this?” God doesn’t violate the Law of cause-and-effect. Our recklessness, irresponsibility & lovelessness created this; as we atone & put our feet on another path, the effects will change.

Thank you, @realDonaldTrump for appointing me to your task force on re-opening America safely in the wake of #COVID19. With 22 million Americans filing for unemployment, it’s clear we must start working to revive our economy and get the American people back to work safely.

More people dying from this than we know. Not only those who have Covid, but people whose caretakers aren’t showing up or have no way to get their medicine or have no way of seeking medical assistance. Like unknown soldiers they are unknown victims; they too deserve to be grieved

We need to shift from an economic to a humanitarian bottom line, making the organizing principle of American public policy not short-term corporate profit but rather whatever it is that would help people thrive. Bottom-up rather than trickle-down economics.

You can’t skip the crucifixion and go directly to the resurrection. That’s not transcendence, it’s denial. We need to be wide-eyed about the wound if we’re going to heal it. My suggested solutions are best expressed in the issues from my campaign (at Marianne2020.com)

Millions of people around the world are working to consciously evolve humanity. One of our biggest problems is how many of the main levers of political and financial power are in the hands of those who seek to obstruct it.

Awareness can be painful at times like this, but it’s critical.

9/ Also remember: the WHO offered us tests to use early in the process, and the administration turned them down so that US companies could make money producing our own. “Profit before people” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
