None of this is to be a whiner or chronic critic of the system. If anything, all of this is because I appreciate the system so much. I appreciate it because I see how well it works for those it serves...including me. But many more people could be served by the system & should be.

My own accountant was talking to me about it today and said she would walk me through it if I wished. The janitorial service, food truck, housekeeping service; one employee each. Who’s going to inform them, walk them through it? The insidious ways the poor are too often left out.

Let’s say someone is a 70 year old small business owner in a disadvantage neighborhood in America. They might have a food truck, janitorial service, house cleaning service. They have one employee. They might not be technologically in the know, but they are NOT lazy or stupid.

How is it promoting unity to tell millions of people to sit down and shut up?

No, Governor. God’s “essential business” is that we love each other, and loving each other right now means staying home.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said religious services conducted in churches, synagogues and houses of worship are “essential business” and therefore exempt from this stay-at-home executive order cnn.it/3aBZSQs
