YES.
We must move forward on a fourth coronavirus stimulus package. This bill must protect workers, not hand out more corporate welfare. It must provide a full paycheck for laid off workers for the duration of the crisis, and guarantee health care for all.

They already know. But they’re caught in a web, unable or unwilling to free themselves. They’re either being fed by the system or afraid that if they call it out, the system will expel them. A few genuine disruptors are allowed to remain as long as they’re outnumbered enough.

To the extent to which that’s true, I think it’s because they had been propagandized to believe that “the other” was the reason for their economic anxiety.

Yes we do. It’s a damaged one, but we still have one. And those who broke it would like nothing better than for you to think that we don’t have one, because then you think there’s nothing worth fighting for.

Having run myself, I have an experiential understanding of exactly how that works. The answer isn’t simple because the problem itself works on a variety of levels. But the fact that so many people are getting clear about the problem is taking us closer to the solution.

Trump’s win was shocking but not surprising to anyone really looking. People felt legitimate economic rage; they knew the system was rigged against them.Trump named that rage & so did Bernie. Someone who refused to even name their pain had no chance in ‘16, nor will they in 2020.
