I love Elizabeth. My endorsing Bernie doesn’t mean I don’t love Elizabeth. But I don’t see any reason for us to be “disappointed” in each other. Each of us has to follow our own internal guidance for what’s best at this moment. Particularly now when we’re all on the same team.

American women should be a moral force, beginning with standing for the rights of women & children everywhere. Taliban’s brutality towards women was an issue even before 9/11; we mustn’t let up our vigilance regarding their protection in any way possible.mailchi.mp/marianne2020/wome…

I talked about this throughout my campaign. I’m sickened by the thought that we’d make a deal with the Taliban that has no provisions regarding Afghani women. It’s a moral outrage.

Whoah! We all work, thank you. What we’re looking for is equal OPPORTUNITY. It’s called the American ideal. (Btw, he’s not a communist.)

We have to be psychologically disciplined. Naysaying depletes the energy. Cynicism is just an excuse for not helping. We’re living through spiritual as well as political warfare. Our capacity to be positive about what’s possible is the greatest revolutionary power at our command.

The abolitionists stood up for justice. The woman suffragettes stood up for justice. The civil rights workers stood up for justice. And it’s our turn now. #itsourturnnow

I wouldn’t go that far. But I would say that they’re processing what is for them a very difficult reality.

Be careful there. Let’s not personalize this. Not every rich person is a greedy bastard and not every poor person is holy and pure. This is not about demonizing people; it’s about rejecting corrupt systems. Our moral authority lies in remembering that.

I cannot. I will not. You think I’d sell my conscience for $1,000?? I’m a woman, I’m a Texan, I’m a Jew and I’m an American. Quiet in the face of injustice is not my thing.
