Chad Wolf has no background in law enforcement and obviously no knowledge of or respect for the US Constitution. No Mr. Wolf, you can’t make “proactive” arrests!! That happens in a police state; it cannot happen here.
The citizens of Portland do not call what is happening there “sustained chaos.” And it is up to the governmental and law-enforcement leaders of Oregon to handle this. The president is not responding to chaos; the president is causing chaos.
