I don't think someone's political party speaks to what's in their heart, their spirituality, or their relationship to a Higher Power. I've seen too much in my life to believe that. And God isn't just in what we say; it's in what we stand for.

14 million Yemenis are on the brink of starvation while the US continues to fuel the crisis. Tell your Congressional rep. to vote to end US support for the Saudi coalition: secure3.oxfamamerica.org/co/… #YemenCantWait

We can’t transform our lives without addressing our character defects, & neither can America. The willingness to sacrifice health & well-being of people & planet for sake of corporate profits, racial injustice & militarism: We need to atone, make amends, & be willing to change.

An aware state and an awakened state are not quite the same.

I never said that all conservatives are racist, homophobic or Nazis. Nothing even close to that. But neither do I see this president as conservative, by the way.
40% of Americans cannot afford the basics of food, rent, health care and transportation costs. In the 2017 $2trillion Tax Bill, GM got 5-8 $billion in taxcuts, bought up to $10billion in stock buybacks, and then laid off 14,000 workers. This is not an “historically good economy.”

If you haven’t found your courage to act yet, you’re not really awake yet.

No traditional politician can defeat Trumpism because it is neither traditional nor political. It represents an opponent of a different kind.

America’s political conversation purports to be very sophisticated, so sophisticated that others might not understand. The truth is that it’s very unsophisticated, unable as it is to recognize the deeper dynamics of consciousness where the real battle over America’s future rages.

When someone’s life is in chaos, they can’t stop the chaos just by addressing what’s wrong on the outside; they have to address what’s wrong on the inside. Same with a nation because a nation is just a group of people. Until we awaken spiritually America will be out of control.

Demonstrate what it looks like.

Forces of hate have been able to become so politically significant in the last few years because forces of love, dignity, decency & democracy have not been vibrant enough. Opportunistic infections took advantage of a weakened & compromised societal immune system. Boost it now.

When we address issues of the heart in relation to solving the world’s problems we’re liable to be called snowflakes. That’s how the patriarchy minimizes feminine values and keeps many women too ashamed to speak up. But we’re going to speak anyway, and there will be an avalanche.
