Progressives endorsing the President - with no demands, no less - have only enabled him to continue policies most likely to make him lose in November.
Cries of “Yeah but we need to do this to keep Trump out of the White House” or “Yeah, but look at the alternative” will only guarantee Trump a second term. “Let’s all rally around this losing candidate so we can prop him up!” is an odd battle cry.
