Products like aiyu make me realize that Taiwan's institutions need to do a much better job at advertising the uniqueness of 🇹🇼#agricultural bounty. Aiyu, black pork, maqaw--With the right branding, value added would skyrocket - and this is 🔑 to agri devt in a country like ours.
