A rare positive externality of #COVID19 pandemic has been the opprtnty for #Taiwan 🇹🇼 to bolster our #SoftPower. But we need to take a more holistic approach and aim for increasing our #SmartPower: hearts+minds AND hard power.
Our #defense budget is long overdue for an increase!

Definitely! Any attempt at building a cmprhnsv #WomenEmpowerment strategy will remain futile unless we consider the historical context. The museum does a great job telling stories of #ComfortWomen &making their exhibits more accessible to 🌍 public would make for a good 1⃣️step
