While it's a good decision, Taiwan also needs to focus on promoting Taiwan studies program in the NSP countries especially India. Most 🇮🇳 universities do not have a single course on Taiwan. Lack of focus on Taiwan in academic discourse is one of the reasons for lack of awareness
After the recently announced Harvard program, this is another major investment in Taiwan Studies in 🇺🇲. Has @MOFA_Taiwan given up on its people-centric #NewSouthboundPolicy? Is the value added of Amerocentric outreach greater than that of promoting Taiwan Studies across NSP18?

What a great article about showing the importance of 🇹🇼. The idea of "Semiconductor as the new oil" definitely suits #Taiwan. I hope 🇹🇼's #NewSouthboundPolicy and 🇮🇳's #MakeinIndia policy can work together for the benefit of both sides.

Every nation struggles with organized crime. But one has to wonder, when criminal activity aligns so well with United Front Work Department goals and those of the CCP, if CCP would have such an problem with crime if it confronted it as...vigorously as it did corruption. 🤔
