The 2️⃣ new cases of domestic transmission of the coronavirus at a hospital #Taoyuan are unfortunate news. Nevertheless, I remain grateful to medical personnel&contact tracers for serving on the 1️⃣ line of defense. So far, test results for 464 people tested came back negative.

🏥The people of #Taiwan need to maintain their trust in our institutions. CDC continues to provide detailed&timely updates. The private sector (shopping mall etc visited by the 2 pateints) also show a high degree of responsibility by closing their facilities for disinfection.
