Make no mistake, #Somaliland is the strongest democracy in #Africa. Democratisation of Somaliland is a bottom up approach, not a donor imposed conditionality for foreign aid. Believed in inclusivity, the city of Burao welcoming wholeheartedly their President - only in Somaliland.
